League summary

We start with 1968 rosters and have an unpredictable progression. So players get 1 year older as usual each season. Each owners gets two teams.
**Difference is, we will be using the top 3 records in each league to form the Backward League and the 3 worst record in each league to form the Forward League. (Of the original 16 teams only).**
The Backward League goes backwards. The Forward League goes forwards. Imports the next seasons will be 1967, 1966, etc in the BL and 1969, 1970, etc in the FL.
