Start of 2021 Season!!
We will be starting the new season this weekend... Per the rules (copy listed below) we will have a supplemental draft tomorrow at about 1200/noon. Then Game 1 will start! Other keys times are Games 3, 4 and 5...see below... Good luck!

SUPPLEMENTAL DRAFT: After contracts are signed, each team will auto draft to fill roster to 23 - then get three supplemental picks based on the free agents available. Worst record picks first, with the World Champs picking last.

AUTO DRAFT: After the season ends and before the supplemental draft, each team will Auto Draft to fill out their rosters. This usually does not yield good players, but is good for defense and utility players to get your team up to 23 and able to start the season. Many can and will be dropped once the FA market is opened after game 4 early in the season (drops will be allowed after game 5).

FILLING OUT ROSTERS: Once the season starts there will be a 2nd Supplemental Draft after game 3 (similar to auto leagues).

FREE AGENTS: After game 4 free agency will open so everyone can fill out their minor league roster and drop sub-par players (drops will be allowed after game 5).

5/13/2015

New Season - 1920 about to start!!!
Congrats on a great post-season!

The new season is about to start... All off-season activities will be completed shortly. The Auto Draft will be turned on shortly, please complete it when it is - and because many of them are duds - per the rules the next activity is to have a supplemental draft of 3 rounds based on last seasons record. This will give everyone a fair chance at all the new free agents and new rookies. I will send out an email when you are allowed to rank players for the supplemental... Then we will start the new season. The rules also state that we will have another supplemental draft after game 3 (3 rounds) and FA will open after game 4... Let me know if you have questions. Thanks and good luck! Neilstrem. DaCommish

I set him to go past his 33 pc & generally I'm getting a solid 3 innings. If he gets shelled I have a starter ready in relief IF the bullpen is short otherwise I'll go with a deep pen of Robertson, Rivera, Gossage, Chapman, Kahnle and Warren.
I also did this with Joakim Soria & OAK teams in ATG. I also use Rollie Fingers who goes either way and has a pc of 50 (1973?).

I love it- when it works.
