First Team All MLB: The Show

C - Garry O'Rourke (Mariners) - At 32, Garry is considered too old for many, but he continues to impress hitting (.376) on the year with 59 home runs.

1B - Randall Thurston (Nationals) - The Nationals have a good one in the 24 year old Thurston. A defensive wiz at 1B, Thurston showed great power this year also, banging out 47 homers.

2B - Lacy Moore (Brewers) - At only 21 years old Moore led second basemen in average (.339) slugging (.658), OPS (1.059) and homeruns (45). The future is bright for Lacy.

SS - Keith Phelps (Yankees) - The leader in the Yankee's clubhouse and big bat that pitchers feared, Phelps had an amazing (1.137) OPS while hitting over 50 homers for the Yankees from the shortstop position.

3B - Haywood Dalton (Padres) - In a tight race at third base, Haywood gets the All-MLB:The show nod over many other great third baseman based on his incredible 155 RBI on the year. A standout in the field helped his cause.

OF - Juan Baker (Cardinals) - A (.331) average, 37 home runs, and an impressive 94 stolen bases demonstrate why Juan is so deadly not only as a hitter, but as a baserunner.

OF - Javier Qualls (Pirates) - 63 home runs, 175 RBI, and 161 Runs Scored. Might have been the best player in the whole league this year. Simply dominant.

OF - Salomon Fuller (Yankees) - The first year Yankee had a slugging over (.700) and still managed to rob 26 hits in the field. He could be the best two way player in The Show.
