I get that they are trying to rebuild but they certainly could have gotten better players in return

It's a custom league so it really should be discussed with your commissioner. If the discussion here stays civil, that's fine, but let's keep it kind.

Well the commissioner is one of the people involved in the trades that's one of the reasons I brought it up here first. Wasn't sure how to handle it.

Maybe there are picks involved I can’t see, but yeah the trade Is awful and I feel like those two have been brought up before on the boards. Based on memory, nothing I can find.

No picks involved. Harrah will progress obviously but will never be a superstar. I don't know what to think about it. Another odd thing is the Indians owner has offered me a couple trades too, but they are not nearly as good as the 2 he has already made. And by good I mean good for me LOL. .

Just seeing this now and since I am the commissioner (owner) in question, I would just add that the trade was offered to me as is. The owner in question is going the rebuild route. Could he have gotten more? Perhaps. I did not want to trade Harrah as I generally have trouble at his positions and do not like trading young players but Bond was a significant upgrade at outfield despite his age, Would I have traded two young players for him? Probably not. I might have offered another vet along with Harrah if that was requested.
I agree with Guy that this would have been best bringing up in our league first but have no issue seeing it here.

I'm not in the league and so hesitate to comment further, but come on, that's a 5 ranked 24 year old SS who doesnt play good defense and I cant imagine ever gets past rank 25, for a 99 ranked stud hitter for a few seasons. Who offered it is irrelevant, but I can say 100% I'd never accept it if I was on the winning end. The entire league should revolt, and if they didnt, they arent paying attention. Again, that's a 5 rank for a 99 rank, age will never make up for it. That is not a rebuild. That's a giveaway.
