Just Wanted To Say A Thank You...
Have been playing now for a couple of months now but I feel this is somehow a tad overdue.
Just wanted to say not only thank you to the founder of PC but to the other members who have helped me in an indirect way to get intergraded into the game. Has always been a tad tricky finding others in the UK to talk baseball with and this has been a great pastime for me.
Looking forward to the many more losses and memorable wins to come!

Great game, huh? I’m 67 seasoned years in age and I’ll be dad-gummed if this game don’t make me feel like a kid playing elementary strat-o-matic! Good to have u!

Its crazy to think about how this site has been running for so long despite being free
How long has it been now, at least a decade and a half right? I remember finding this site as a teen back around 2010 when my love for baseball blossomed into an interest for baseball stats

@skooler1 you definitely qualify as an OG of PC… this launched in Feb 2008, so you’ve got to be within the first couple thousand people to register on the site.

"A teen back around 2010". Rub it in why don't ya. I am not as old as dirt, or Davevaldes, but close ! I wish I knew how long it actually has been. It was only baseball and I think it was 2015. Doesn't seem that long ago But it never does when you enjoy something so much.
I get up in the morning and my bible and prayers are my first thing. Then coffee and PC are next! Somewhere in there I kiss my wife good morning but you know a man has to have his priorities.

I'd like to add to this thread of thanks, but I can't. It just feels a bit too much like thanking a drug dealer for supplying me with heroin.
I have heard it said that quitting cigarettes is harder than quitting heroin. I have no experience with either substance, so I do not know if that is true. What I do know, though, is that there is no fix harder to give up than Pennantchase.
