Team Name Question
Team Name Question
So I just drafted a favorite teams league. It says my roster is locked in on the Minnesota Twins come and I drafted a team of all twins.
I was going to go and change my team name to the Minnesota Twins and looks like another team is already named that. they haven't locked in a franchise or drafted yet
Am I going to get the twins name or do I have to make something up?
I'm now the Cinninati Red Bulls :(

You can make anything up, there just can't be two teams with the exact same name. Unfortunately the other owner has that name already.
You could be the Minnesota Triplets, the Minnesota 2Wins, the Twins Minnesota, the Minnesota Twinz, the Killebrew Killers, the Carew Crew, the Mauer Maulers, or anything else you want to come up with!

Kind of wish FAV teams leagues could reset to generic names after the season. It drives me a little nuts when an active owner build a FAV team but just keeps an old franchise name. It is so easy to change the team name.

Well, well I just checked cuz we drafted earlier today.
We drafted earlier today, so I want to see what people's teams look like. It looks like a bunch of people didn't draft in time so we are back to 7 entries.
When I click on the Minnesota's Twins team, which is still listed, it says:
-no owner
-franchise not picked yet
So maybe it's that the commissioner has to go clear those teams that people didn't draft. Then I'll be golden
if there was a way I could draft a team from the Reds this year!
