Injuries
Injuries
I'm sure this has been asked before. In baseball leagues, let's say that injuries are set to occur and the max is 40 games. How are injuries determined? Is it solely based on EN for hitters? If you have a low EN number you have a higher chance of getting injured?
And then when the injury occurs, does the sim just roll a 40 sided die to determine the length?
How are injuries for pitchers determined?

Re: Injuries
@krtyler11 you have it correct for hitters. For pitchers, since there is no EN, I think it's just luck of the draw, but I have to revisit the code to verify that.
One additional note on hitters though... because people were noticing in some cases the same guy would get injured over and over (why this happened is still a mystery to me, I can't find any reason that wasn't just bad luck, but it happened enough that it felt like it needed a solution)... I made a change that checks how often a player has been out, whether injured or just resting, and once they hit their EN max, they should not get injured anymore. In other words, if someone played 158 of 162 and got injured for 4 games, they should no longer get injured that season. Note, that doesn't mean they won't get tired for EN purposes (but if they played 158 of 162 their EN is pretty high anyway).
