Team Managment
- Every team will have a 40 man roster 25 majors 15 minors
- All players in majors roster must be under contract (after 1st season)
- After Day 140 u can have 40 men in majors till playoffs
Contracts
- Rookie Contract (must be called up to majors by age 26)
- 1st rd $3/4 deal
- 2nd rd $2/3 deal
- 3rd rd $1/2 deal
- Rookie contract Extension, after a rookies contract is over u may offer him a contract of up to 10 years but he could deny your offer and hit FA to gain a bigger deal or cause he didn?t get to play with you
- Free Agent contract, you may offer a player an extension which he can accept or decline if he wants during FA u send bids to Commish or players agent to negotiate a deal with him.
- Qualifying offer, You may offer any FA of yours a $15/1 deal which he can accept and if he signs somewhere else u get a draft pick depending on how he played year before and who signs him top 10 1st rounders are protected but u can lose 2nd and 3rd (can?t put qualifying offer on a player u traded for during season)
- Player/team options/mutual option, when offering a contract u can put an option on it
- team, at end of contract u decided weather u want to pick up option
- player, at end of contract player decides if he wants to pick up option
- mutual option, is where both sides must agree to pick up option if not player is FA
- mid season contract , u can negotiate with a FA anytime during season
- You may negotiate to resign a player at any point during the season
- We will not use the 1 year PC feature when they have a year left they will be a Freeagent
- Players may except an offer or decline some times a player will want more money than your offering say $5/5y and he declines and on the market he can?t get more so he might accept a $3/1 deal and hit FA the following year like real life
- FA will not be open u must email player agent which for now is Ctsteelers, he must email the Commish for his
Progression
- players progress till 28 and decline after 32
- Players retire at age 40
Draft
- there are 3 rounds of the draft
- U can trade any picks for this season and next season
- All rookies will have a U progression so it?s more realistic sometimes too prospects don?t pan out
- Every draft will have 1 former MLB hitter and one former MLB pitcher could be good or bad player
- You can trade cash but once u trade it u don?t get it back
Cutting contracts
- you can cut a player under contract but u must pay $75% of the remaining contract so if he is signed $5/5 then u still owe $19 mil and u can spread it out over 3 seasons
Arizona Fall league
U can send up to 2 players to Fall League
- any player on a rookie contract/prospect can go for fall ball
- U can send one pitcher and one hitter there
- U must tell me what u want to improve

Managers
- Managers don?t give u a boost but it?s just added fun and more realistic to have them plus some players when they retire will become managers
Japanese Bidding System
- Every year u get money based on how many loses u had that season
- Money can never go above $200 once u hit $200 youlll never get more till u spend it.
- You can bid on all three players
- When u bid money even if u lose u don?t get it back cause it?s a posting fee to talk to player.
- If you win the rights to player then u will negotiate a contract with him
- U are allowed to trade international money as long as your not over $200
- if two teams tie I?ll ask for rebid between those two
Minor League System
- Prospects not on rookie deal or players on minor league deal only allowed in minors
- Once called up prospects get rookie deal and minor league contracts get $1/1 deal but can not be sent back down cause minor league teams have no salary?s to carry a contract.
- Prospects must still be called up by end of age 26 season or released
- Minor league games won?t start till day 60 after draft and only play 80 games
- Two divisions and top 4 teams in each league make playoffs
- Major league rosters will only have 5 minor league positions mostly used for Incase u have an injury or a guy isn?t performing and u wanna bench him but can?t send him to minors.
Some leagues use fictional player progression. To learn more about how players progress, check the Player Potential page.
