League Rules -The Twisted 90's Baseball League
Commissioner - Duke Blues

1. League Set Up: Pick any team from the 1989 baseball season. Your team will be imported and you may stat change any player to any season you desire. Stat change will only be available for the first season imports. These players will be yours until you delete them, trade them or they retire. Season 2 will import players on your franchise from 1990. Duplicates are allowed on the original rosters but not on imports.
Every ten years, teams can add 1 player from their franchise history. You will have the option to twist that player to any season in the career that he played for you franchise. The first season this will be available will be 2000 season. Again, there can be no duplicate players for these bonus players. We will have a draft for player selections of these players, as a number of the players would have played for several teams in their career.

2. Division Set Up: This league will consist of 16 Teams. 8 NL and 8 AL. There will be two 4 team divisions in each league.
There will be no interleague play. Each series will consist of 3 games. All games will be schedule 2 hours apart.

3. Players and Imports: This league will use real players, real stats and real progression. No contracts used in this league.
Players imported must have 50AB for position players and pitchers must have 25IP. All players will be imported based on the franchise stats they first became eligible for import. If the new incoming player played more than one team his first season, the team he played the most games will be the team he will be imported to. These players will be yours until you trade them, drop them or they are retired. If he misses a season, he will skip to his next season.

4. Rosters: Roster will consist of a 25 man active roster and a 10 man minor roster for a total of 35 players.

5. Fatigue and injury: Fatigue and injury will not be used in this league.

6. Pitching Rotation: This league will use a 5 man rotation.

7. Slump Busters: Slump busters will a 10 day max.

8. Trading: Trading will be unlimited in this league. Please be aware that trades that are determined to be unreasonable will be reversed by the commissioners, and a caution sent to both owners.

9. Sims: All games will be simmed 2 hours apart. Please be aware that you must have at least 9 pitchers and 11 position players on their major league rosters for the computer to sim any games. If you fail to have this combinations at any one time, the commissioner will take whatever action necessary to sim games.

10. Schedule: We will use 162 each season. Each series will consist of 3 games.

11. Free Agency/Supplemental Draft: No Free agents will be allowed in this league. There will be 2 rounds of supplemental draft before each season.

12. Play-offs: Play-offs consist of 4 teams in each league. The 2 division winners and the next two teams with the best records will be the wild card entries. In the case of any ties of any kind, team differential will be used to determine the division title or play-off position. If team differential doesn't determine the a winner, then head to head, total runs will be used.

13. Team Details: You will have the options to change your home park and park dimensions. You will be asked not to change the team logo. Team details will close at the beginning of the season.
