Round 1: Within each Division Number 3 seed hosts number 6 seed. Number 4 seed hosts number 5 seed.

If still tied, the team with best runs scored minus runs given up differential. If still tied, the best power ranking wins home field advantage.

4. Player adds - turned off. Use players in minors to substitute for needed replacements. There will be no supplemental draft or FA's in this league.

5. Player drops- turned on during pre-season until after game 33 of pre-season. This is to allow teams to reduce teams to 25 active max and 25 minors max.

6. Sims -- Commissioner will sim 6 games per day during Regular Season (9 am, 1 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm, 8 pm, and 10 pm). During the playoffs sims can be as high as 7 per day with the addition of a 9 pm sim.

7. Days Off -- After Game 66 there is a 2 day break. 2 Game days rest for each team. After Game 132, there is a 2-day break to prepare for the playoffs. Between each Round of the playoffs there will be 2 game days off per team. When teams shift home locations during each round there will be a 1 game day off per team for travel. The days rest between starting pitcher starts is 3 days which enables a team's number one pitcher to pitch in games 1,4, and 7.

8. Tiebreakers -- Head to head and then power ranking (if more than two teams involved then just power ranking)

9. Roster size -- 25 active (from 9-10-11-12 pitchers and 16-15-14-13 position players) and up to 25 in the minors.

**You get two HOF players (1 batter and 1 pitcher) of your choice. If your first pick of HOF is Pitcher, then your next must be a Batter.
**1 HOF player must be from AL and the other one from NL.

If your first team is an AL team, then you will be placed in the AL Division. Once 6 teams are placed in either AL or NL Division, the remaining owners must go into the opposite Division.
