4 PM EST - 9 AM EST - Next Day,...10 PM, if Commish picked previous Round
10 PM EST - 4 PM EST - Next Day,...7 AM, if Commish picked previous Round

If Commish picked both Rounds then the times would be 1 PM, 7 PM & 4 AM, for the 3rd Round. This is to keep everyone HAPPY, and to keep the League moving at a nice pace. Rank your players, and I'll Use your list (check Rule 5B).
