The following players are in their final year of Pre Arb deals. Teams may take one of 3 actions with each player. Each owner must email the commish to let him know what they would like to do. Owners have until the end of the season to decide:
1. Sign to a PC contract beyond this season
2. DFA at a cost of $2 per player
3. Do nothing. Allow player to reach FA at the end of the season
