If a particular league has a very high percentage of slow base runners like 1 and 2 speeds, does the SIM value say a 6 speed, who normally is simply above average, even more favorably due to the average League Speed being a lot slower than them?
I seem to see a lot more 1 speed's Tagging up and scoring in that League - it's almost NEVER in others - Not a complaint either, just trying to better understand
