This discussion brings up something I've noticed due to living in Colorado and going to games at Coors - I've noticed that when I set Coors Field to "Big Advantage" it makes the park look smaller. Coors is probably the only field in the majors where it's the opposite - Coors is a big advantage to hitters but is also a bigger field, due to the altitude. That's why it requires fast outfielders who can cover a lot of ground. In addition to creating more homers it also creates more doubles, triples, and base hits.
