I would also agree that currently a +1 DWar gets the same odds to make positive Dwar result in all size parks, that could possibly be tweaked to reflect park size,
Also, you could have a 10 Speed on 1st with 2 outs and he can't score on a 2B Error? I would think he would at least have a chance if it's made by an OF, especially in a Big Disadvantage park
