All Star selections on Day 100 and Trade Deadline on day 130.
Activity is crucial. Any member who has not logged onto the site in over a week will be messaged directly about activity. At two weeks, there will be a boot. Please refrain from tanking your team. If you have a weak roster, make an effort to get better. Owners who are clearly tampering with the rosters will be removed from the league.
Contracts: Contract maximum term is 12 years. You may sign up to 40 contracts. Salary cap is $300. Each off season before free agency, teams may void up to 2 contracts. To avoid the practice of bidding massive amounts over 10+ years on old guys once a player turns 34 their contract can no longer be dropped also applies to players in free agency who are 34 an older as these contracts will also not be able to be dropped.
Prospect/Rookie/Franchise Tags: There are NO tags in this league. Anyone you want to keep must be signed to a contract.
Re-signing of contracts: There will be NO re-signing of contracts
Draft: Draft will be 1 round. You may trade picks for up to 3 drafts.
Post-Season: Will be as the current major league structure as of 2023. 3 wild card teams, etc.
Free Agency: There will be 2 rounds of free agency. In the event of tie bids the teams who tied will have a chance for a one time rebid and will be messaged directly from the commish. If it is another tie then the first team that responded wins the player. In-season free agency will be waiver system based on team strength.
Awards: Only MVP and Cy Young awards will be granted
Progressions will be typical progress to age 28, regress at 32
Position Changes: During the off-season you may swap primary and secondary positions for any player with no limits. Players with IF as a secondary position may be moved to !b, 2b, 3b, or SS
