Twins All-Time League (1982)

League Rules

Minnesota Twins players only.

No trades. Players go to team they had most AB/IP with up to and including current season. So players will move from one team to another on occasion when their ABs or IPs dictate a move.

First Season - 1966 (first season that there were enough Twins players to fill 4 rosters).

Each subsequent season uses new Twins from that year
(example, 2nd year rookies will include all first-year Twins players from 1967).

4 Original Teams - Twins, Senators, Indians, Mud Hens
Expansion when other teams have enough Twins to warrant a franchise (25 players who played for that team in real life).
Rookies go to whichever team he has most AB/IP with up to and including current season.
Exception to that rule is when player is needed to fill an existing roster up to 25.
Twins players go to Minnesota only if they have not played for another
franchise up to and including the current season.

Expansion Rules - New teams will be added 2 at a time (when 2 teams have 25 players each who played for their franchise).
Example - first expansion year will be 1978, when both California and Boston reach the 25 player plateau.
- If a player has played for both expansion franchises during their real life career (up to that point),
they will go to the team for whom they had the most ABs (unless there are extenuating circumstances,
such as one team needs an SP or a Catcher more than the other team.
Commish has final say in how players are assigned to teams.
- If teams are below the 25 player mark after players are re-distributed,
they may call up Free Agents to refill their roster to 25.

AB-IP Thresholds - No thresholds for playing in the league.
But if player has a season of 100AB/25IP or greater, he must use one of those seasons.
Each new season, players can change stats to current season if stats are better.

Rotation - 4-man Rotation from 1966-1975. 5-man Rotation from 1976 onward.

3 Days Off granted at All-Star Break, which is after Game 99 (approximately, based on schedule for that season)
