League Rules
RULESI'll try to keep it short and simple.
This is a keepers league. There no contracts. You can keep or trade players. Each year your team will acquire rookies. A one round supplemental draft will be held each year for the rookies from expansion teams.

Conduct
No Politics or Religion - that what "X" is for.
Please keep all conversations clean
Please don't be rude to fellow owners
Please be active, I get concerned if you haven't been on PC for a few weeks.
We all love baseball that's why we're here
Just have fun and enjoy

DRAFT:
Teams must reduce their Rosters to 30 prior to the Draft. Ranking for the draft will be enabled after the Cuts Deadline.
All Free Agents and Rookie Free Agents are eligible for the draft. Time limit for the 3 round draft is 6 hours for the 1st round and 3 hours for the 2nd and 3rd rounds. If you will be unavailable to pick, please RANK players for the Draft. If you have RANKED, but would prefer to pick "live", let me know either by message or in the Draft Room Chat Box, and your RANK will only be used in the event that your time expires. Auto pick won't be enabled, so if you forget to pre-rank, and your time expires, your pick will be "skipped" and the draft continues. You may at any time after your pick is "skipped" message the Commissioner with a choice and it will be processed manually.
- Tie Breaker for Draft Rank
1. POWER RANK at end of Regular Season (with lowest RANK drafting 1st)
2. Run Differential (with lowest drafting 1st)
3. H2H (team with more losses picking 1st)
- League Champion picks last, runner-up picks next to last.

Waivers
a. Owners must select a player to drop when submitting claims for waivers unless you have room on your roster- or the 1st player on your roster in alphabetical order will be dropped.
b. Owners who accidentally drop a player should contact a commissioner prior to Free Agency opening (24 hours).
c. If the dropped player is claimed by another team, you may still request that the player be returned prior to the opening games
being played.
d. Once the player in question has played in a game for another team, he is that team's property and any requests to
have him returned will have to be negotiated between the owners - the Commissioners will no longer be involved.

Check your rookies yearly. I'd recommend checking Baseballreference.com for lists of your players and if there is a newly eligible player on there for the upcoming season that didn't end up on your roster...maybe he didn't qualify OR he played for multiple teams and was imported onto another roster. Whichever team that player played the most games for should be the team he ends up on. If he was imported to a different team, please notify the commish BEFORE drops begin. Chances are the rookies for that other team were imported first and this would prevent him from being imported to another team. Police your own roster, there are too many players and teams for the commish to keep track of this.

Minimums requirements for rookies
Batting:AB-125
Pitching:IP-35 *
* SP's under 85 IP will be doubled until they reach or exceed 85 IP.
STAT CHANGE TO CURRENT SEASON:
Owners will have the option to change a players stats to the current season stats each offseason, so long as those players meet the AB and IP threshold. Owners should understand that changing stats will forfeit any progression that player has currently had. Owners should also know that once you change a players stats, you CANNOT reverse it to retain your progression. Any request to change stats to current season should be sent to the Commissioner and he will do them. Remember they must meet minimums of 125 AB's, 85 IP's for SP and 35 IP's for RP. You can see the current season stats for a player by clicking on "See Other Seasons Available".
FIELDING POSITION CHANGE:
1. Before the start of each season after progressions are run, you may request position changes. Position changes must be submitted by the deadline designated by the Commissioner (after waiver round, before the first pitch)
2. A Position player can change their position under the following circumstances...
a) Select a position they played during the stat year used.
b) Swap their primary and secondary position.
c) If a players secondary position is IF (1B/IF, 2B/IF, SS/IF, 3B/IF), they may change their primary position to any they played in the stat year used or any position they played at least 10% for their career. The secondary position cannot remain as IF and it must be a position they played that season.
PITCHER CONVERSION:
SP to RP: Only is the pitcher in question was a RP for at least 10% of their appearances in the season being used. Owners will only get one SP to RP conversion per season and the Stamina will be set at 40.
RP to SP: Only if the pitcher in question was a SP for at least 1/2 of their appearances in season being used - their Stamina will be set at 80.

Expansion:
We will NOT be doing expansion in this League.
We will keep the original 16 teams. If a franchise moves to a different city i will change it.
By not having expansion, we will have a draft from 1961 going foward for all the expansion team rookies.
Example:
1961 LAA, WASH
1962 LAA, WASH, HOU, NYM
1963 TO 1968 LAA, WASH, NYM
