League Rules
********************"Minor League Baseball"********************1) Rosters & Contracts A- All rosters sizes are 30 players in the Majors. B- 12 players in the Minors. C- 25 max contracts. D- 5 years max. No resigning allowed.
E- 5 Max Free Agents to make it fair to everyone here.
2) Trades and Drops A- Trading Players, draft picks not more than 2 yrs in to the future, and cash. B- All trades that includes picks and cash must be approve by the commissioner. C- Dropping signed players is allowed but the team is required to pay half of the players salary for that year and then the player will become a free agent and an owner must message the commissioner before they are allowed to drop the player.
3) Salary Cap A- Teams salary cap is $225 per year teams are not allowed to go over that amount. B- Teams must sign 5 players to contracts by game 20 and sign 10 by the end of the year.
4) Free Agency and Drafts
A- Free agency will be turned off at approximately game 150 through the off season.
B- There will be an Auto-draft (like the auto leagues) after the World Series, after contracts are signed. This will be to fill out rosters. These players are not typically of high quality, but can help you fill defensive and/or utility positions until the supplemental draft and the opening of Free Agency.
C- There will be a supplemental draft before the start of the season - then FA will open just prior to the start of the season.
5) Editing and Changing Teams names will be allowed during the off season must be approved by the commissioners for a list of team names is list below.

A) Offseason Dates
1) World Series ends.
2)Deadline for players to be signed (prior to end of World Series)
3)Rosters Cleared, Players Aged, Contracts Advanced, Commish Stuff, etc.
4)Winter Meetings (Trading Opened, Stadium Renovations, moving cities).
5) Auto Draft, Add Rookies, and FA opens.
6) Regular season opens. --
B) Regular Season Schedule
1)Opening Day(user sim turned on for 2 or 8 Hours depending).
2)Day ~150- FA turned off.
3) Day 162- Season ends Playoff Teams announced. (All Post Season Games are Simmed)
4)Tie-Breaker is Power Ranking (if needed).
5) Regular season All Stars and CY/MVP named.
6) Wildcard Games played (best record gets home field, 3 games H-A-H).
7) Division Series Games (best record plays home in 2-3-2 series).
8) Championship Series simmed (best record gets Home field advantage, 2-3-2).
9) World Series Games (Power ranking team gets home field, 2-3-2). *Only game not Simmed for this season.
10) Offseason (back to top 6.A.1) above).
