PLAYER AVAILABILITY
Rosters
* Majors 30 (max 16 batters/14 pitchers)
* Minors 6
* Games paused after game 10 to make sure that all rosters are at 30/6. Needed moves and/or drops made by the
commissioner's office based upon rank and position balance for rosters that aren't at 30/6 at that point (Roster Requirement
Review - RRR). PENALTY: Teams that require any action to be taken by the commissioner's office at that time will lose all player
imports for the next following season. Imports for that team will be imported to the free agents and be available to all teams
via the supplemental draft, waivers and/or free agent signings.
Rookie Imports
Minimums requirements for rookies:
* Batting: AB 125
* Pitching: IP 35
Supplemental Draft
* There will be one round of Supplemental draft after each of the first 5 games. The draft order for each round is determined by
the previous season's W-L records. Owners MUST rank players to receive players. There is NO AUTO PICK.
Free Agency
* Opens after game 6 via waivers through game 15 with 1 player per team per cycle. After game 15 it is first come first serve.
Free Agency and Drops Close after Game 150.
Trades and Drops
* Open directly after the rookies are imported and tagged. Trade/Drop Deadline is after Game 120. Starting in the 2008 season, 20 trades will be available per team.
Injuries
* Batting 10 Games Max
* Pitching 10 Games Max
Fatigue
* Player fatigue is active throughout the regular season and postseason.
Retirement
* The age that players will retire is 40. Players will be allowed to complete there season at age 40 then be retired if they are
free agents at the time that retirement is ran prior to each season. Players over 40 may get dropped from rosters after
retirement is run. If this is the case, they would remain in the free agents until they are picked up by another team or when
retirement is run prior to the next season.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
Stat Change
* Each season you will be able to change all your player stats to the current season up until the 1st pitch. After the 1st pitch, stat change must be requested to the Commissioner's office. Choose WISELY! Position may also change when changing stats. Once the change is made, it cannot be reverted.
* Minimums to change to current year real stats:
AB's 125
Starter IP 85
Reliever IP 30
A Stat Change Minimums Audit will be done on each roster after game 1 of each season. Players that have been changed that are below the minimums will have their stats reverted back to the last season that they were above the minimum - thus losing any progression that they might have had.
Position Change
* Position change requests will be granted to players who either played 33%+ of their career games at the desired position
and/or 50%+ of the current season at that position.
Progression
* Classic progression completed on all rosters and free agents prior to each season. Progression to 28 and regression after 32.
Slump Busters = 5 Days
