CLARIFICATIONS:
a. Supplemental draft order is based on the final results of the previous season as determined by PC's Last Season results algorithm. This means the worst team picks first and the best team last. Note that teams who ended the season with tie rankings may end up in a slightly different order than my league playoff tie breakers.
b. Each supplemental draft has three rounds.
c. Owners who fail to rank players for the draft will be skipped, these owners can fill out their roster by signing FAs when available.
d. When games begin to be simmed, if an owner fails to have a valid roster for simulations, the commish will randomly take the necessary actions unilaterally to make a valid roster.
e. Waivers are run based on PC's Team Strength algorithm, weakest team first.
8. ⚾Players
The players are all from the 1880 season to the current season.
Players enter the league at 24 years old.
Players peak at age 28 and retire at age 38 (unless under contract).

- Franchise players may never be traded.
- You must request your franchise player before the playoffs end, by sending a message to the comish
- Franchise players become free agents after their franchise year.
