-Owners may extend contracts at will. This can be done in the final season of a player's contract by using the "Sign Player" option on their player card. No action by the Commish is necessary.

IMPORTS & DRAFT
-Drafts will be 2 rounds.
-Traded picks will use the NBA rules - teams cannot go two years without a first round pick, but can trade swaps (protected or not). Second round picks can be traded at will.
-Real-life rookies will be imported each year and make up the draft pool.
-Batters must have 125 at-bats
-Pitchers must have 35 innings
-Each year after the draft, batters with fewer than 300 at-bats and starters with fewer than 150 innings will have their stats doubled. NOTE: This means your players may have their stats doubled in more than one year.
-A players' real stats may be adjusted at my discretion to be more reasonable if they are outrageously good, especially if they have few at-bats or innings pitched.

POSITION SWAPS
-You can swap guys’ primary and secondary positions during the off-season.
-You may switch an SP to an RP, so long as the SP has a stamina of 70 or less.

BONUS BABY TAGS
-You may tag players on your own using the Manage Tags function. These players will remain on your roster until they appear in a game.

REAL STATS YEARS
-You may choose to change a player's real stats to the prior season's statistics. The deadline to do so will be the trade deadline. Note that you may change real stats to years below the 300 at-bats/150 innings for starters, but those stats will be doubled in the off-season after the draft.
-A players' real stats may be adjusted at my discretion to be more reasonable if they are outrageously good, especially if they have few at-bats or innings pitched.
