Welcome to

INAUGURAL SEASON: Each owner will pick a franchise in the NFL, You will get a budget of 300 to select players from the franchise from 1990-2000. You must draft at least 40 players and no more than 50. The first season will be the 2000 season and there will be no preseason draft.

STAT CHANGE: Starting in the 2001 preseason you can use stat change for the current season.

ANNUAL DRAFT: Players not already in the league that played in the current season will be imported for the draft. The draft will be three live rounds of with a 2-hour limit. After each draft all undrafted players 28 years and older will be retired. Remaining free agents will progress and be available in the next draft until they reach 28.

WAIVERS: There will be no waivers or free agents available during the season.

PROGRESSION: Players will progress to age 28 and start to regress at 32.

GAMES: There will be two conferences of 8 teams each that will play home and away against each conference team. Games will be played once every 24 hours.

PLAYOFFS: The top three teams in each conference will make the playoffs. The #2 seed will host the #3 seed with the winner playing at the #1 seed.

INJURIES: There will be injuries in this league with a max of two games.

TRAINING: There will be training with a max of one game.

COMPETITIVE BALANCE: During the off season, new owners for non-playoff teams may select up to three free agents to add to the roster before the new players for the draft are imported. The commissioner can also add free agents to open non-playoff teams.

TRADES: Trades are allowed. Draft picks may not be included. Commissioners reserve the right to step in if a trade is obviously one-sided and a threat to competitive balance.
