League Rules Beer League (Fave Teams League)Commissioner - DukeBlues and Dzach
1. League Set Up: The Divisions and number of teams will be determined by interest. You may only own one team in this league.
2. This is a Fave teams league using Gbacci's new football fave team draft engine. Each team will be limited to the same AV. You will be select or be assigned an NFL franchise and you must draft a minimum of 40 players. You can have up to 50 players as long as you are under the cap. The current cap is 275 which currently can't be changed but Gbacci said in the future it will be possible so we will discuss raising the cap when that happens.
3. Franchise: For the first season it is first come first serve for your Beer named franchise. You will draft an available NFL team on a first come first serve basis. For following seasons there will be a draft order for franchises the worst record will draft first and the Super Bowl Champion will draft last.
4. Weekly Game Plan: Game plan will be limited to one game. There will be no game plan for playoffs.
6. Trading/ Free Agency: There will be no trades or free agents in this league. Make sure you draft a punter and kicker.
7. Injuries: There will be no injuries used in this league.
8. Sims: All games will be simmed 24 hours apart.
10. Schedule: Teams will play each franchise once for a 15-game regular season.
11. Playoffs: Six teams will make the playoffs. The top two teams will get byes. The third seed will host the sixth seed for the right to play against the second seed. The fourth seed will host the fifth seed for the right to play against the top seed. The two winners will play in the Super Bowl. The playoffs have been automated. The first tiebreaker will be head to head for two teams. The second tiebreaker will be Power Rankings. All ties involving more than two teams will be determined by Power Ranking.
12. Team Details: You can ask a commissioner for changes. If you want a beer not listed we also have helmets for: Iron City, Flying Dog, Old Milwaukee Light, Anchors, Shiner Bock. We do not have helmets but can get logos for other beers upon request.
13. Since this is a new league using a new system of drafting we will reevaluate the rules after the first season.
