League Rules
Welcome to the Complete Game League.This will be a NON-contract league. Players will be acquired by imports (you will get any player on your next season’s roster, as long as he is not already in the league.) A player is yours until you cut him or trade him (no artificial age limit). There will be a draft of Negro League rookies before each season.
You may switch to real life stats each season. The Commish may adjust statistics of incoming rookies and free agents if they are outrageous. Real-life stats will be doubled each off season for batters with fewer than 300 ABs and 150 IPs for starters.
Note that you cannot change a starter’s real stats to a year with less than 85 innings per the site’s threshold.
Teams can have rosters of up to 40 players during the season.

Imports: 125 ABs and 35 IPs
Divisions, games, and playoffs: As in the 1930s there will be two leagues. Unlike the 1930s, each league winner and 1 wild card make the playoffs. The wild card and division winner will play a 5-game LCS to determine who meets in the World Series.
If two teams tie for the league title, and the one who ultimately is not the division winner would be a wild card team, the division title will be determined by head to head record. If that is tied the tiebreaker will be overall run differential. When a three-way (or more) tie exists, where one team is in the playoffs, and the other(s) is (are) out of the playoffs, a one-game playoff will be required. Seeding will be done by record.
You can switch a SP to a RP, during the offseason. Stamina will be reduced to 50 pitches. Note that the change cannot be made if switching to another season that is below the minimum IP for a starter. It seems easy but it gets complex.
Real Stats Years: Batters must have at least 100 ABs to change to real stats. The minimums for pitchers are the site's minimums - 85 innings for starters and whatever it is for relievers.
Position changes: You can swap primary and secondary positions by request. If you want to switch a player between batter and pitcher, send me a message and I will retire the version you no longer want and import the other version.
OFF SEASON:
-Classic progression after world series.
-Next year’s players will be imported on your roster as long as they are not already in the league.
-Draft of Negro League Players: you may trade picks for up to two years.
