League Rules
⚾Cleveland Baseball LeagueEach season will be a race for the pennant. No playoffs but a ring will be awarded to the team with the best regular season record. Games will be set to be played every two hours. The first season you must use a season that was played for Cleveland. If there is a second season there will be a new draft and a rules change to you may select any season regardless of whether it was played for Cleveland or not.
⚾Rosters
The league's free agent pool is made up of every historical player that had at least one Pennant Chase eligible season for Cleveland. Efforts have been made to select each player's best season in Cleveland. In season one ou may request to change a season as long as the player played for Cleveland in that season.
⚾ Draft
To choose the order of the draft. Each owner will be asked to make a prediction for Cleveland's July 4th game which is scheduled to be a Bieber day. Make a guess of how many K's from the starting pitcher plus Cleveland base hits and runs scored. An owner may make the same guess as another owner but will be ranked behind the player that posted first in the League Chat box. Price as Right rules will be in effect to determine places. For instance if the correct answer is 7 strikeouts, 7 hits and 4 runs. The draft places will be determined by the following numbers guessed: 18 17 19 16 20 15 21 14 22 13 23 and so on.

⚾ROSTERS
Majors: Maximum 25 Players
Minors: Maximum 5 Players
Major League Roster: Minimum 11 position players, 9 pitchers
⚾KEY SETTINGS
5-man rotations
There will be no injuries but fatigue will be used. Slumpbuster will be a max of 10. Waivers will be used for free agents. It will start as draft order.
⚾GAME SCHEDULE
Seasons will be 168 games with no days off. You will play each franchise 24 times.. If there is a tie for first place at the end of the regular season. There will be a 1-game playoff for the pennant. The tiebreakers for home field will be head to head and then run differential overall then run differential head to head followed by which team won the most recent matchup. It will be set for user sims every two hours.
⚾TEAM DETAILS
You can set the stadium settings and manager to whatever you would like but it will be locked after game 1.
