League Rules
RostersRosters will be set to 25 major and 5 minor.
Each season your rosters must have those numbers. If you are over those limits you must drop players.
Any player you drop goes to the Free Agent pool.
Waiver adds - At the start of the season waivers will be turned on and Waiver order will be based on team strength as determined by PC ranking until game 10, then by standings. 1 Waiver add allowed after each game per team.

This is a keepers league.
The only way to lose players is by trade, retirement, or dropping players to meet the minimums.

Sims
Sims will be every 3 hours.

Games
We will play 162 games a season.
There will be periodic days off built into the calendar.
All-Star break after day 90. 3 days off at All-Star break.

Injuries
Injuries will be set to 25 games for hitters and pitchers.

Trades/ FA
Please try to make the trades fair ones.
Trades will be set to 50 and you will have till day 120 to finalize all trades.
You will have till day 120 as well for adding a free agent to your team.
IF YOU OWN 2 FRANCHISES YOU MAY NOT TRADE BETWEEN THEM.
Free Agents - if you sign a free agent and want to change their stats to the current year this will be allowed.
Please send the commissioner an email to make the change.

Playoffs
As of 1994:
Top team in each Division advance, plus 1 Wild Card.
If there is a tie a 1 game playoff will take place (no days off will be granted).
5 game division round will be played.
2 days off granted before division round.
Winners advance to
7 game LCS playoff series for each league.
3 days off will be granted before the LCS.
Home field goes to the team with the most regular season wins. (Wild card is always the "road" team to start regardless of records).
If there is a tie for home field it will be most runs scored.
There will be 1 day off granted for "travel days" during each series when teams switch home and away.
World Series
There will be a 7 game series.
3 days off will be granted before the WS.
Home field goes to the team with the most regular season wins.
If there is a tie it will be most runs scored.

Rookie minimums
To enter the league as a rookie you will need to have the min of 35 innings pitched and 125 at bats.
If your rookie doesn't have those numbers they will not be imported to your team. Rookies will be imported to the team they finished their season with.
Pitching
Starter
If a starters stamina is under 80, I will set the stamina 80 (owner must send message).
You may change an SP to an RP if the pitcher had 25% or more of his appearances in the CURRENT season in relief. His stamina will be cut in half.
You may change an RP to an SP if the pitcher had 25% or more of his appearances in the CURRENT season as a starter. His stamina will be doubled.

Changing stats
Each season you will be able to change all your players stats to the next year.
Please use the baseball reference link to see your players stats.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE A PLAYERS STATS IF THEIR AT BATS ARE UNDER 125 AND IP UNDER 35.

Position changes (for players who did not change season stats)
You may request a position change for any player who played 33% or more of his games at a position in his career for those players who did NOT change stats to the current year. If you did a stat change to the current year, his positions remain.

Edit Team Details
Will be turned on after the completion of the postseason and turned off when next season starts.
You may alter your home stadium by 1 increment each season.

Progression/ Regression
That will be set to 28 progression and 32 regression. Classic progression used.

Retirement
All players will retire at 40 at the end of their season, UNLESS:
the player played past 40 IRL and you want him to remain on your roster. YOU MUST NOTIFY THE COMMISHIONER PRIOR TO OFF SEASON PROGRESSION/RETIREMENTS OR THE PLAYER WILL BE RETIRED.

Rotation
5 man starting rotation.
You MUST roster a minimum of 5 starting pitchers and use them in your rotation/lineup.
Periodic reviews will be performed of rosters and rotations.
If you are found to be out of compliance during the season you will get a warning.
24 hours after the warning, if not corrected, the commish will adjust your rotation.
If the same owner is found to again have an out of compliance rotation after this first incident, you will risk expulsion from the league.
