League Rules
Baseball Twist LeagueTeams
Pick any team (except Yankees) from 1910 to 1950. Then after your team is loaded, use stat change on any of your players to any season of their career. Those are the seasons each players starts at. Once the original season starts, stat change will no longer be available. Season 2 will import players on your franchise from 1951. Duplicates are allowed on the original rosters but not on imports. While the Yankees aren't allowed as a franchise, players may be twisted to seasons in which they played for the Yankees.
We will have two 5 team leagues.
New rule- Every ten years (first following 1960 season) , teams can add 1 player from their franchise and twist that player to any season of their career. A couple things about this:
1. This player must have been on your franchise from 1910-1950.
2. They can't have already been or currently in the league.
3. The draft order will be worst to first from the previous season.
Another new rule: new teams are not allowed to be brought in
Players and imports
This league uses real players, real stats, and real progression. No contracts. Players are eligible for the league if they had 50 real at-bats or pitched 25 real innings in the corresponding year.
Players are assigned to teams based on the team they played for in the season they first become eligible. Imports are done alphabetically by city, so if a player played for multiple teams in their first season, he will go to the team first alphabetically.
Players remain with their teams until they are traded or dropped or until they no longer have enough appearances to qualify.
In a situation where a player doesn't meet minimum of 50AB or 25 IP, they will skip ahead to their next eligible season.
Rosters
Teams may have up to 25 players on the major league roster.
In order for the sim to run, teams must have at least 9 pitchers and 11 position players on their major league rosters.
Teams may keep up to 10 players on their minor league roster
Trading is unlimited. Unreasonable trades may be reversed by the commissioner.
