You pay for a sandbox it’s yours. I believe you need to renew it every year. You would never have a need to create another.

You can import real MLB schedules.

You can import full MLB teams.

You can do whatever you want with your sandbox at your own pace. I believe if you didn’t use it for 3 years or so it might get taken away, otherwise it’s yours to do as you please.
