He always relies on other owners to Sim whenever it allows it. The reason the Commish doesn't love Simming himself is that the off-seasons are a LOT of work so he'd much rather always be in the midst of a season and playing games rather than being at the keyboard doing all the off-season stuff. Lazy, I know. But that's my reality. When I'm not doing off-season stuff it also allows me to spend more time in my two favourite leagues on the site - my All-Time Twins League, and my made-up Pangaea Baseball League, both of which have no other owners except me so I can just putter away at them whenever I have time.
