League Rules
1. Player Pool - Baseball-reference.com will be the source.
Players either
a. Must have appeared in at least 1 game for each the Cardinals and the Cubs, or
b. Must have been inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame as a player or manager.
2. Position Changes - Baseball-reference.com will be the source.
a. A Position player can change their position in one of three ways:
i. Select a position they played during that particular season.
ii. Swap their primary and secondary position.
iii. If a players secondary position is IF (1B/IF, 2B/IF, SS/IF, 3B/IF), they may change their primary position to any IF (not C) position. The secondary position cannot remain as IF but must be a position they played that season.
b. A Pitcher can change their position under the following conditions
i. Pitchers can only switch if their WHIP is equal to or greater than 1.30.
ii. RP switching to SP: Stamina will be doubled; Minimum Stamina will be 60.
iii. SP switching to RP: Stamina will be cut in half.
3. Roster Rules
a. All teams must have one (1) manager on their roster. No more, no less. Available managers can be found here: Available Managers
