Why in favorite teams all seasons used is Buck O'Brien '11 Red Sox rated a starting pitcher with 40 stamina while Geo. MCQuillan '08 Phils is not with better IP? Should be neither or both, no?

1st of all, O'Brien 1911 can be changed from RP to SP but has less than 100 IP, so he would be a SP 40. George McQuillan 1908 had 360 IP for the Phillies that year and should import normally - are you referring to his '07 season where he only threw 41 IP ? If so, he should have the same option as O'Brien. You click on the Player and Change Role.
