So it's opening day and you read for the last 4 months about how your fave team will be available to watch on cable via the Marinerstv.com package . Been looking for it on cable last 2 months , havent seen it. I found it today online but it already seems sketchy . I go to site and it's only available on your smartphone or pc , wtf . Any M's fans out there with any info ? I called the cable company and they asked me what the name of the Seattle team was , I hung up . Do better mlb , we are your clientele . From what I hear there are 10 teams w/o tv deals , are you kidding me , a league that has been around for 150 yrs cant get it right , it's 2026 , we're going back to the moon but I can't watch my team on my 4d tv even though I'm willing to pay ? Beyond pathetic. Insert Gong Show gong song here , bwah , bwah , bwah , bwahhhhh

That sucks. We just switched to T-mobile a month ago and I found out yesterday we get MLB.TV included. AS well as Netflix. Go Royals from south Florida. Mr Bubbles, if you are ever in the area we can watch a Mariners game from my house.

Gbacci lives here in Seattle , maybe he knows the answer. It's just unreal that 1/3 of the league is like this. I can forsee a future where all sports will be ppv due to corporate greed . At least the NCAA sweet 16 is free today !! I'm rooting for the Johnnies .

It is pretty wild...I imagine if you got a roku or amazon firestick to play the app, you should get mariners-tv without issue to play on your tv! good luck and play ball!

as someone else mentioned, if you have t-mobile you can get mlb tv free, wish i knew this before this year

@Mrbubbles1967 - i live in south Florida, i have xfinity, got an email telling me the games were now on raystv and marlinstv instead of fanduel sports network, they are HD channels but included in my plan. maybe something similar in your area? also looks like mlb extra innings has a free preview 3/26-4/2

I pay $29.99/month for SNLA+ through MLB with all the Dodger games in market (cheaper than Spectrum Cable). Of course, I turn it on to watch the home opener tonight and it's a Blackout - because it's on Peacock !! I refuse to pay 17 bucks for a month of Peacock just to watch the opener, so I'm doing it "Old School" and listening to the game on the Radio. Charlie Steiner and Rick Monday !!

I've had good luck with signing up for Peacock and 'canceling' then they give you a 'please stay' offer of $2 a month! Free to kick it after the 'trial period' in any case.

Dodgers game was on NBC. They are peacock. Basic cable or over the air antenna would pick up local affiliate signal. NBC has games this year.
We have Spectrum cable and internet. Besides MLB.tv and Netflix from T-Mobile, we get HBO/Max, Paramount+, Peacock, AMC+ FoxOne free with Spectrum. I stream through a Roku devise. The only thing I can't watch are Rays games. That I don't care. I go see Royals when they come in. Just got tix yesterday for end of June when they come in. Three rows behind visitors dugout. $52 each!

I wish I could get "over the air" network channels - can't receive TV signals from LA here in the High Desert. Mt. Wilson in Los Angeles (where all the networks broadcast from) is 6,000 feet, and the Cajon Summit is 4,800 feet (where I live), but the "line of sight" is not good and there are no local stations up here. Before cable, everyone up here had those huge satellite dishes. So it's buy a cable package or stream.

In another display od Absurdity the Dodgers are selling a Shohei Ohtani Collectible cup, It sells for $75.00 - $82.00 with tax, and includes Free Refills ONLY on the day it's purchased, and you can't get BEER!!!

According to the Athletic, Dodgers are now the most expensive ticket in baseball - with food and a drink + ticket and parking over $400 per person. And to top it off, Dodger Stadium is now Uniqlo Field at Dodger Stadium. I guess Guggenheim Baseball Management needs the money. And this "Rant" is coming from a long time dedicated Dodgers fan.

Apparently, they have already dropped the price after everyone complained and refills are now good for the season! What a deal!
