@jimgriddy - that's the dialogue now from the Commissioners office, a Floor Cap and a Ceiling Cap. And I agree that if you can't afford a 150 mil budget, you should sell. There isn't a franchise in baseball that doesn't appreciate in value every season. The Guardians, Pirates, Reds, etc. are all worth a ton of money. If those owners are holding on to the teams, they must be making money and they should stop crying poor.
