In a 1990's auto league I won a game 24-23. The other team ran 99 plays to my 44. I had 16:16 in time of possession. They had 43:44. I have never seen that great a disparity in those stats and get a win. (or loss depending on perspective). We had 14 possessions. that's less than 1:10 in ToP per drive.
Again, crazy.
