1998 Expansion Schedule

These are the steps for the Expansion process:

1. All current teams will be allowed to protect 20 players. Move players that you are NOT protecting to the minors.
2. The Draft will be 2 rounds - round 1 is AL only, round 2 is NL only
2. Expansion managers will each submit a priority list to me (sheikyerboudi) listing players in order of preference for each round.
3. NO CURRENT TEAM WILL LOSE MORE THAN ONE PLAYER.
4. I would like to run the 1st round no later than Thursday, Aug. 14th. If all rosters are at 20 prior to that date, we can bump up the schedule accordingly.

This is all pretty clear cut, but if anyone has any questions, just ask. Also, if anyone is going to have problems making the deadlines let me or Will know and we will work something out for you. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
