GYSO 2011 Draft Lottery Results

Story Photo
The Draft Lottery determines the order of selection for the first three teams only or the teams who originally held the rights if they were traded. The remaining non-playoff teams are selected in inverse order of the win–loss record for the remaining teams, or the teams who originally held the rights if they were traded. Therefore, the team with the worst record in the league is assured of a selection no worse than fourth, the team with the second worst record no worse than fifth and so on.

Swish

Story Photo
A swish is not awarded any more points, but it is a sign that the shooter is very accurate and can be good for a player's shooting confidence. Your shot can be a swish on any type of shot, whether it is a two or three-pointer. You should always aim for a swish because that means you will hit the center of the hoop.

"The idea is not to block every shot. The idea is to make your opponent believe that you might block every shot. "- Bill Russell

“Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.” – Michael Jordan

“You can’t get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good.” – Jerry West

“If you’re afraid to fail, then you’re probably going to fail.” – Kobe Bryant
