Progression: players will progress till age 28, stay the same until the age of 32, and then start to decline at the age of 33. Option to switch player to the current season stats we are in will be allowed. Skewed stats due to low at-bats or innings are subject to adjustment at the discretion of the commissioner or the player may be given a flat progression rating.

Rosters: 26 Majors 9 minors

Trades: 5 maximum per season

All Star Break: Day 100 3 days off granted and CPU will select all stars

Slump BUSTER: 10 days

AWARDS: CPU will grant MVP and CY Young.

New Owners Sometimes the previous owner may have been negligent regarding real stat changes. You may switch to a past year on up to three players. All such switches will be subject to additional progressions. For example, if you decide to change a player's stats to 1992 stats, and the league is currently in 1995, your player card will be classically progressed THREE times.

Prospects: No prospects in this league.

Rookie Draft: no draft in this league.

Supplemental Draft: Teams must cut their Rosters to 35 after progressions and imports. In order to participate in the 2 Supplemental Rounds, you must cut below 35. Round 1 will be ran in the morning, Round 2 in the afternoon of the same dy, based on reverse order of finish in the prior season. Ties will be broken by Power Ranking. Dates and times will be posted on the Home Page.

Cut Policy: The last few cut deadlines have seen several teams that have not made their Roster Cuts. Due to this and, frankly, me being tired of having to make these decisions for delinquent owners, I am instituting a new policy:

If you don't make your required cuts by the deadline, I will be obligated to do so and will cut the lowest ranked players regardless of age or potential.

Pitching role changes: 2 SP to RP allowed per season ideally I like these done before season, However, due to injuries and underperforming pitchers I'll make an exception

Position changes will also be allowed. Primary and secondary swaps are allowed (except for IF and OF). Generally, I will also allow changes if a player significantly played a position during his career. Message me if you have any doubt. For infielders, I often will allow IF as secondary for any player who played across the diamond during his career.

CHANGE STATS
Owners will have the option to change a players stats to the current season stats each offseason, so long as those players meet the AB and IP threshold (125/85/35). Owners should understand that changing stats will forfeit any progression that player has currently had or any prior position eligibility. Owners should also know that once you change a players stats, you CANNOT reverse it to retain your progression. In addition, the above rule on skewed stats will still apply. The above replace the 50/25 minimums that were in place through 1998.

Tagged Players - No Tagged Players in this league.

Players: Teams start with 1970 rosters. A few fringe free agents have been assigned to fill out teams.

Rookies: Each season teams will receive rookie imports or players acquired from team not in league. The threshold for 1999 and beyond is 125/85/35, replacing the previous 50/25. These were or will be prorated in the strike shortened seasons of 1972,1981,1994 and 1995 as well as 2020. Players are yours until dropped traded or retired. Skewed stats due to low at-bats or innings are subject to adjustment at the discretion of the commissioner:
Low AB/IP: Under 200 AB, SPs under 100 innings and RPs under 40 will be doubled or edited starting in 1970. Commish reserves right to make common sense edits on low AB/IP players.

Strike adjusted AB/IP 2020 TBD.

Trades: 5 Deadline day 130. This commissioner generally never remembers to turn trades off until the postseason. However, his vice does.

To avoid any possible conflict of interest league office will remove itself directly from overturning a trade. The league will police itself. Each owner is allowed 1 appeal per season and will it will be put to vote.

Team Details: Open upon request.

Conduct: No whining No drama a little trash talk and please stay active. No trade police.

Rotation: Four-man thru 1979; five-man beginning in 1980.

Retirement is age 40. An exemption is allowed if player actually played past 40. The commissioner reserves the right to keep players in the pool beyond age 40, if the compiled stats are suitable. Also, in order to keep stat levels at or below 90, additional players may be retired if they did not play in or after the current season in progress (in real life). This exception will only be applied to players in the free agent pool and not rostered players.

Duplicate Players: Imports who played for multiple teams will be placed on team they played the most for.

Sims: User Sim generally set for 8 hours but may be sped up in season. CPU sim will not be turned on.

Injuries 15 for players 16 for pitchers

Low AB/IP: Under 200 AB, SPs under 100 innings and RPs under 40 will be doubled or edited starting in 1970. Commish reserves right to make common sense edits on low AB/IP players.

Fatigue: Will be used.
