1. League Setup -- 10 teams. 2 divisions, 5 teams in each division.

*No FA's in this league.

2. Schedule --162 game season with 3 game series.

3. Playoffs --8 Teams, seated 1-8 with the division winners being seated 1 and 2. The division winners will each receive first round byes. All games are best of 7 games. In case of any ties, the team with the best differential will receive the higher seat in the tournament.
There will be 3 days off before the beginning of each series, 1 day off for travel between home and home. Games 1 and 2 will be played on day one of any tournament round. Games will be played on day two and the if games, five and six will be played on day three.

4. Player adds - turned off. There is no FA's or supplemental draft.

5. Player drops- turned on during pre-season. This is to allow teams to reduce teams to the roster maximums.

6. Sims -- Sims will be 3 games a day for the first 9 games and 6 games a day for the rest of the season.

7. Tiebreakers -- Team differential will be used to break all ties.

8. Roster size -- 26 active (15 pitchers and 25 position players) and up to 25 in the minors.

9. Rosters Import Eligibility --
A player must have played for the college and his career avg 162 games stats will be imported.
Imports will be aged from age 19 - 22 with better players usually start at 19 so they will be with the
team for 4 full years.
Standard progression.
Retirement - players will be retired at age 23
Beginning with year 2, teams can resign retired players from their team (imported as 19 yr old, but one
draft spot is lost for each retired player signed)

10. Draft
Owners will draft teams (rosters already imported) as owners join the league
Beginning with the 2nd year there will be a draft to replace graduated (retired) players. Commish will
populate the draft class with players not on an existing team.

11. Fatigue and injury options are turned off.

12. Trades: 10 per season

13. Starting Rotation -- Five man starting pitcher rotation.

14. Minimum Number of Players:
A. Each team must have minimum of 5 Starting Pitchers on active roster at all times.
B. Each team must have a minimum 16 Position players on active roster. You may use either the Primary or Secondary position with no penalty.

15 Park Effects will be available until games 3 for change.

16. Duplicate players rule. A duplicate player is defined as a player with same name, team, and season.
Therefore, there may be more than one Babe Ruth, Barry Bonds, etc from any one season.
