Unfortunately you cant control WHEN a player pinch runs like you can for a pinch hitter. It occurs on its own. I'm sure theres an underlying mechanic built into the sim's code that determines if/when it happens, though that's just speculation on my part so take that with a grain of salt

(Speaking of which... gbacci, can such a feature be added at some point?)

However, you DO have control over who attempts base stealing when they're actually on base. It can be found on the lineups page (namely the "SB and Defensive Subs" tab)

Generally pinch hitters and runners won't be used until the 8th inning
