I would weather effects for ballpark is cool, but I would say maybe add in rain or here and there, if possible.

I don't see how adding weather - such as it's raining out there today and expect sloppy footing and bad bounces off wet surfaces- It would entail no extra effort from Commissioners because the weather is a variable and can't be predicted with certainty
