Need Owner for Expansion

For my Field of Dreams 2006 league. This was a small (12 teams) league that is expanding to 16 teams. The league uses progressions with the option of stat changing to the current season. The expansion format is unique, in that we are adding back in some established MLB franchises that were dropped from this league in the distant past (before I took over). The opening is the New York Yankees. What makes the expansion unique is a 9 round expansion draft of NPB (Japanese) players to "jump start" the teams and make them more competitive.
