What factor(s) determine percentage wise a double team being more successful and/or less successful. Obviously, if one great player it may be more successful, anything else?

It actually has more to do with the teammates of the player being double teamed - since the star is forced to give up the ball more, less chance of success if he's surrounded by strong scorers.
