I think with the quick drafts it really depends on what players you end up with. If I have mostly RH hitters and mostly RH pitchers then making my park Big Disadvantage for LH hitters makes a lot of sense. If I have better pitching than most other teams (particularly low H/IP I'll lean into that and make the park bigger).

This team is a good example. Not a great team but will probably make the playoffs thanks to the ballpark adjustments.....
