Can anyone give me a brief rundown of what defensive positions players can play as a backup position? Like, I know DEs can also play LB in a pinch, and all 3 types of OL are kinda interchangeable, aren't they?

By my understanding (and how I deploy my squads regularly), RB/TE can play WR (haven't tried WR at TE or RB), any OL can play any OL position, DT can play DE, DE can play DT or LB, LB can play DE, and CB and S are interchangeable. I think that about covers the ones I can think of. I definitely use the OL, DT/DE/LB, and CB/S swaps on almost every team I have.

Cool thanks. In a quick draft league I'm in I got the 1976 steelers defense which has multiple DEs with not-so-great injury chances but a few extra LBs and DEs with 0% injury chance that I can move around
