Remember to keep within the cap and within roster number limits. Bid accordingly. ****Monday June 17at 9pm ET - 1st round bids due ***Tuesday June 18 at 8pm EY- 2nd round bids due **Wednesday June 19 at 9 pm - 3rd round bids due ****Thursday June 20 at 9pm Final round bids due. Free agency auction notes: ****Send bids to Spaniels In this format: Position, name, bid details Examples bidding: OF John Smith $5/6 years =$30 RP Dave Brown $3+1/3 =$12 SS Joe Young $10-2/4 yrs=$28 Please no line spaces between multiple bids (Common formatting makes processing bids quicker & easier. I filter by position firstly in Excel) Important notes about bidding: ***Minimum 2 years ****maximum 10 years **** contracts not to exceed 40 years old (retirement at 41) ****contracts can have $1 or $2 annual increases ****or, $1 or $2 annual decreases ***Keep in budget - opening day overages will result in lost players & 1st rd pick forfeit ****trade your way out of overages before Opening Day. ****winning bids are those that carry over from one round to the next without opposition **** if you have top bid after round 3, you can outbid yourself but if no one offers a final round bid, the final bid will revert to your 3rd rd bid 24 hours after final round of the auction, free agent adds open on a first come, first serve basis.
