Players with limited real life at bats

Players with limited real life at bats

I am wondering how is a playƩr who may have had only 70-80 at bats and maybe 20 games in all last season handled either by leagues or by the SIM. Does the player's production curtailed after they reach the maximum number of games appeared in last year or by the amount of at bats the player had? Or does the SIM take the sample from last year and project across a whole season. I assume this would apply to pitchers also. Anybody have any insight?

Re: Players with limited real life at b

The answer is no - their stats don't curtail. If it's a custom league, the commissioner can at turn on the players need to rest option and they at least have to take a day off more frequently but that's it.
