Statistical anomaly

Statistical anomaly

Best of 1980s league. I have Eichorn and Gossage. After 130 games and 80 appearances between them so far, they have combined for 83 innings pitched. Neither pitcher has won or lost a game. They've got 50 saves and 5 blown saves, but no wins or losses.

Re: Statistical anomaly

Well, in Gossage case, it seems you have it set so closers don't come in tie games. So he only comes in with the lead, and either has a save or blown save in every game. Since he only has 2 blown saves, that's the only chances he had to get a win or loss. With his ERA under 1, he's not going to blow many saves, so 0-0 seems right for him.

Re: Statistical anomaly

That is odd, the good news is that they have been very good for you
