Anyone ever seen an SP with 90 plus stamina pulled after 2/3 of an inning after giving up 3 runs? I thought 4 was the lowest number of runs that an SP could give up to be pulled. Not sure how that happened.

Globally 4 is the lowest you can set for SP. But on set lineup SP you can go individually and set to a lower than default - down to 3 for each starting pitcher.
