Tired relievers led to this?

Tired relievers led to this?

So what will happen now, all 6 of my starters are tired, and Tapani pitched in relief the game before and had to rest for 1 game threw 1 pitch....- so I have no SP available, out of 7 RP - 6 were tired going into this game because of the game before.

So I will have no rested starter for next game now correct?

below is the game before the one above- I have 6 hours to go to the waiver wire if need be

Does not seem fair - especially after what we just recently talked about

Re: Tired relievers led to this?

Not sure what the SIM will do, someone with more expertise can answer that - but in the meantime, seems to me you have two choices. Pick someone up from the minors (unless, as you say it's a league with waivers, then it'll likely be too late anyway), or the better choice I think, is to just let the SIM play out - it will likely start a tired SP, give him a bit of a stats hit, and you might just lose a game. But then you'll have some rested pitchers for the next game. I've had it happen a few times - no biggie really, unless you're playing game 162 and need a win to make the playoffs or something. It's a marathon, not a sprint - don't sweat the small stuff.

Re: Tired relievers led to this?

If all your SP are tired it will pick the least tired and highest in your rotation to use if there’s a tie. But yeah they’ll pitch tired.
